Our program is designed to give you hands-on experience with our products, tools, and methodologies, and to equip you with the skills you need to become a successful Professional Services Consultant. We will support you in your initial three-month boot camp, which will give you the opportunity to develop your knowledge and experience across a market-leading platform.

As our Junior Objective Consultant, you will start to gain practical experience, visit our customers within the Food & Beverage and Discrete industries, work with implementations of our Supply Chain Management Solutions and specialize within specific modules such as MES and WMS within our Objective MES/WMS solution. As this is a consultancy-based role, you will also develop excellent customer-centric and advisory skills.

Consultants are typically responsible for meeting with clients to understand their business requirements, pain points and processes. To then translate this into a suitable solution and software configuration. Our clients range from SMEs to Enterprise.

\n

This role will involve both office based work in one of our offices in Belgium and The Netherlands as well as travel to client locations.
