Our program is designed to give you hands-on experience with our products, tools, and methodologies, and to equip you with the skills you need to become a successful technical consultant/ developer. We will support you in your initial three-month boot camp, which will give you the opportunity to develop your knowledge and experience across a market-leading platform.

As our junior developer, you will start to gain practical experience, visit our customers within the Food & Beverage and Discrete industries. You’ll be working our product development teams and customers, to develop customisations and set up interfaces. You’ll also be involved with the testing and QA of our application.

\n
This traineeship will offer you the opportunity to expand both your technical and soft skills. From a technical perspective you will gain experience with Java development and Node Red.

\n
Ideally, you’ll be coming from a Computer Science/ IT studies background, looking for a technical/ development focused role.
\n
\n
Our ideal candidate is highly motivated, has good people skills both in listening and verbal communication. You will be someone who thrives in a team environment and most of all you enjoy new challenges. We offer great Learning and Development throughout your career at Aptean.

This role will involve both office based work in one of our offices in Belgium and The Netherlands as well as travel to client locations.
