Customer Support Consultant with German

As a Customer Support Consultant, you will provide software and system support for customers, research and resolve problems and issues, in conjunction with Software environments.

We are seeking a resourceful individual with strong technical aptitude and results-oriented attitude, passionate about creating a superb customer experience!



Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Provide 1st and 2nd level support to our customers regarding Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Receive and classify support requests from our customers and process them
  • Work with Services and R&D to expedite incident resolution and ensure seamless delivery of support service to customers
  • Receive new customer requirements, develop concepts and perform calculations
  • Conduct customer workshops and user training for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and our solutions based on it
  • Program minor customizations and perform software tests for quality assurance


About you

  • You have experience in consulting customers in the field of ERP software
  • You treat customers empathetically and have a strong service orientation
  • You can explain complex problems in an understandable way, think analytically and have excellent problem-solving skills
  • You have in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and extensive business knowledge
  • You are a team player with excellent communication skills
  • You work independently, with a focus on results and goals
  • You are fluent in both German and English
