Provide 1st and 2nd level support to our customers regarding Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

Receive and classify support requests from our customers and process them

Work with Services and R&D to expedite incident resolution and ensure seamless delivery of support service to customers
\n
Receive new customer requirements, develop concepts and perform calculations
\n
Conduct customer workshops and user training for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and our solutions based on it

Program minor customizations and perform software tests for quality assurance
