Job Title: Associate Project Coordinator, PS

Location: Alpharetta, GA

About the role

We are seeking a Project Coordinator to assist with project adminstrative tasks such as organizing, scheduling, follow-ups, status check-in's and communication activities. The ideal candidate must be an excellent collaborator with strong organizational and communication skills and be able to effectively communicate with the team, customers and management.

 

You will also:

  • Act as a point of communication between project resources, sales, management and external resources (customers)
  • Work with Sales to ensure all pre-project documents, requirements are gathered and saved
  • Handle project communication and follow-ups, check-in activities (will be a stakeholder on the project)
  • Assist Implementer with scheduling/coordinating meetings and providing scheduling calendar availability
  • Schedule status review call with the customer/Implementer as needed
  • Update project status notes in PSA Tool
  • Review project progress and as necessary, adjust timeline to achieve set milestones
  • Weekly/Bi-weekly status calls with project team/manager, Implementer/Manager
  • Work with the Sales team on project scope change requests and update budget and time on projects as needed (e.g. customer purchases additional time for additional scope)
  • Work with management on feedback, bottlecks and continous improvement activites from lessons learned

 

About you

 

Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and 0-2 years' project coordination or project management experience. You must also have:

 

  • Professional certificated preferred. E.g. PMP (Project Management Professional)
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verabal communication skills
  • Experience coordinating and scheduling project tasks and activities
  • Documentation management and ability to utilize project management (PSA) tools
  • Understanding of the project lifecycle and processes
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
