Overview

Job Title: Lead Specialist HRSS (German Language Proficiency B1 and B2 - intermediate level)

Location: Bangalore

About the role

 

  • Handle HR related queries & administrative task
  • Interact with HRBP’s on daily basis to carry out daily task
  • New Joiner package (various employment types) containing employment contracts, remote working contract, data privacy confirmation, personal information sheet, company car user contracts, car policy, commission contract for Sales employees
  • Contract amendments for promotion, position change, salary change, department change, FTE-change
  • Confirmation of resignations ,preparation of termination letters, confirmation of maternity and parental leave
  • Reference letters (via system)
  • End of probation period confirmation letter
  • Vacation balance confirmation letter (for leavers)
  • Benefits confirmation letters (childcare, etc)
  • Employee referral confirmation letter

 

About you

 

Education & work Experience

  • Any Bachelor’s degree 
  • 3-4 experience years in HR Shared Service
  • Exceptional communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills, and ethical mindset
  • Adapt to problem-solving and conflict resolution
