Perform day to day HR Operational activities from hire to retire
Interact with HRBP’s on daily basis to carry out daily task

Support Probation, vacation and support all letters for life cycle changes.

Experience in understanding local compliance & Work council will be good to have

Should be ready to manage other HRSS process in Europe ( which does not require German language )

Any bachelor’s degree

5-7 years’ experience in HR Shared Service
