About the Role

We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Product & Member Services Associate to support the day-to-day management of our Superannuation product. You’ll focus on delivering an excellent member experience while ensuring operational and regulatory requirements are met. This role bridges product operations, member communications, and insurance administration within a regulated environment.

Role Responsibilities

  • Act as a key contact point for member queries and complaints, coordinating timely and accurate responses across internal teams and external providers.
  • Support the delivery of insurance administration workflows, ensuring provider SLAs and compliance requirements are met.
  • Maintain high-quality member communications, ensuring information is clear, accurate, and compliant.
  • Assist with technical superannuation operations, including data validation, issue resolution, and preparation of APRA submissions under guidance.
  • Partner with internal teams to streamline product and member service processes for improved efficiency and member outcomes.
  • Maintain up-to-date product documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills & Experience

  • 2–3 years’ experience in superannuation operations, product support, or member services within a regulated environment.
  • Strong understanding of superannuation processes, legislation, and member obligations.
  • Experience managing member communications, complaints, or insurance-related workflows.
  • Excellent attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborative approach with the ability to balance operational accuracy and member care.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field; RG146 desirable.
