About the Role
We’re seeking a risk and compliance professional to join our Risk & Compliance team, supporting the ongoing development and delivery of risk and compliance practices across the business.
This role offers broad exposure across the organisation and the opportunity to work closely with stakeholders on day-to-day risk and compliance activity. You’ll contribute to strengthening frameworks, supporting regulatory obligations and helping embed sound risk practices in a fast-moving environment.
It’s a strong opportunity for someone looking to apply their existing experience, expand their skill set and grow their career within a collaborative and evolving risk and compliance function.

Role Responsibilities
- Identifying and implementing risk and compliance framework improvements.
- Reviewing marketing material and fund collateral.
- Monitoring adherence to the compliance plan.
- Managing breaches and incidents.
- Assisting with regulatory liaison.
- Managing our compliance assurance system.
- Preparing risk and compliance reporting to Senior management.
- Assist with risk and compliance-related staff training.
- Monitor regulatory changes and update reporting frameworks accordingly.
- Lead the delivery of regulatory reporting, including implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role within funds management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present ideas, perspectives and issues to management.
- Strong writing skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Ability to work independently, as well as cooperatively and as a member of a team
- Prior Funds experience is desirable.
- Experience automating data and reporting capabilities, utilising technology solutions highly regarded.
