We’re seeking an agile and outcomes-focused Superannuation Product Manager to support the ongoing delivery and optimisation of our Superannuation product.
We’re seeking an agile and outcomes-focused Superannuation Product Manager to support the ongoing delivery and optimisation of our Superannuation product.
As part of the Product team, you’ll help ensure our product remains competitive, compliant, and responsive to member needs. This role is hands-on and execution focused, with the opportunity to contribute to continuous improvement and innovation over time.
You’ll work closely with the Head of Super and other internal teams to coordinate product management activities, support operational processes, and contribute to member-focused outcomes.

Role Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end delivery of superannuation product management activities, including stakeholder coordination, process optimisation, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate the administration of insurance arrangements within the superannuation product, managing external providers and ensuring timely delivery of services.
- Support the Senior Product Manager in the design and delivery of innovative retirement solutions that enhance member outcomes and align with strategic business objectives.
- Maintain and regularly review superannuation policies and procedures to ensure they remain accurate, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.
- Contribute input to product improvement initiatives, providing insights and recommendations to support the product roadmap.
- Collaborate with marketing on member engagement activities, providing subject matter input to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Engage with investment management and operations teams to support changes to investment options and product features.
- Compile and manage the coordination of industry surveys, ensuring accurate data collection and timely submission.
- Support engagement with the Trustee and regulators under the guidance of the Senior Product Manager.
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years’ experience in product management across Superannuation or related financial services.
- Strong understanding of superannuation legislative and regulatory requirements, including proven capability in managing end to end PDS development, review, and issue processes.
- Experience in MOA and BPR activities, working across teams to assess product competitiveness, sustainability, and the delivery of strong member outcomes.
- Demonstrated capability in coordinating superannuation product administration and insurance management functions.
- Strong delivery and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
- Adopts a structured, process-driven approach with a strong focus on delivering consistently high-quality outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field. RG146 desirable.
