Working closely with Account Managers, State Managers and the broader Adviser Services team, they will assist with adviser engagement, client servicing, business development activity and the effective management of existing and prospective adviser relationships.

The role will involve regular contact with financial advisers, including responding to adviser queries, supporting meeting preparation and follow-up, assisting with product and market updates, and helping advisers better understand how Betashares’ range solutions can be used within their practice.

In addition, the successful candidate will contribute to proactive sales activity, including structured outbound calling, follow-up and meetings. This activity will form part of a broader relationship management role, helping to improve adviser coverage and identify new opportunities.

The successful candidate will be expected to build a strong working knowledge of Betashares’ product range, investment solutions, adviser tools and market positioning. They will use this knowledge, together with Betashares’ market insights, portfolio analytics and educational resources, to support high-quality adviser conversations.

This role will suit someone who is client-focused, commercially minded, organised and confident engaging with advisers. It is well suited to a candidate who enjoys building relationships, has an interest in financial markets and portfolio construction, and is motivated to contribute to the continued growth of the Betashares business.

  • Partner with Account Managers and State Managers to convert qualified prospects into meetings, product discussions, portfolio reviews and ongoing adviser relationships.
  • Use market insights, product education, portfolio analytics and implementation ideas to create relevant and value-adding adviser conversations.
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of adviser interactions, outbound activity, opportunities, follow-up actions and meeting outcomes in CRM.
  • Support the preparation and delivery of adviser meetings, including product information, portfolio analytics, fund updates, market insights and relevant follow-up materials.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, including investment strategy, portfolio analytics, marketing and client services, to ensure adviser engagement is timely, relevant and aligned to business priorities.
  • Contribute to agreed sales activity measures, including adviser conversations, outbound calls, meeting generation, opportunity creation and follow-up completion.
  • Develop a strong working knowledge of Betashares’ product range, investment solutions, adviser tools and market positioning to support high-quality client engagement.
  • Assisting in the planning and management of client events conducted by the broader team, including potential requirements for interstate travel to attend such events
  • Represent Betashares professionally in all adviser interactions, ensuring communications are accurate, compliant and consistent with the firm’s client-first approach.
