Director - People and Culture
Betashares Capital
People & HR
Sydney, NSW, Australia
This is a role with real purpose and scope in one of Australia’s most exciting growth companies. You’ll manage our People and Culture function day to day across operations, performance, policy, engagement, reporting and development. Just as importantly, you’ll help shape how we scale performance, capability and culture as we grow, so our people experience stays consistent and high quality.
You’ll work in partnership with the Head of People & Culture to shape priorities and deliver initiatives that make Betashares a great place to do your best work and grow your career. With an automation-first mindset, you’ll use AI and smart workflows to cut admin, lift consistency and create more time for what matters most: being with teams, coaching leaders and driving work that genuinely moves the needle.
This is a hands-on senior role for someone who takes real pride in doing great work. You care deeply about the employee experience, hold a high bar, and solve problems properly. You learn fast, take initiative, listen to feedback and bring others with you.
You’ll lift internal communication so it’s clear, timely and useful, and you’ll strengthen collaboration across the business by continuously improving how teams work together.
We’re looking for someone who brings a broad range of experience and uses that perspective to make a genuine impact. If you build trust quickly, have a curious mindset, and care about getting the details right, you’ll thrive here. You’ll have the space to lead day to day, the support to keep growing, and the opportunity to make a real difference in our growing business.
