Over 24 months, you’ll rotate across different areas of the business, gaining first-hand experience of how technology, operations and investment management come together to deliver products and experiences for our customers. You’ll work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to real projects and take on work that has a genuine impact on the business from the outset.

Along the way, you’ll build your technical, analytical and commercial capability, develop a strong understanding of financial markets and investment products, and gain insight into the different career paths available across Betashares.

With regular guidance, feedback and opportunities to take ownership, you’ll be supported to grow as a professional, build meaningful relationships and establish a strong foundation for your future career.
