The Role
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will manage and lead your region to drive adoption, improve patient outcomes and meet sales objectives.

You should be a clear communicator and enjoy presenting novel solutions in the therapy of infections of bone and soft tissue. You are self-motivated, adaptable and organised, with a clear desire to learn and share that knowledge.
Objectives
- To work as part of a team to transition from a distributor model to a direct sales model
- To hit budgeted sales growth
- Implement national and regional strategies as defined by the National Sales Manager
- To become a subject matter expert, with an excellent understanding of infection and related issues
- To identify strategic accounts and future clinical advocates
- To define and implement a plan to:
- Set up key users
- Gather data for case studies
- Work with surgeons to collect data which they will present
- Increase scope to Podiatry, Podiatric Surgery & Soft Tissue
- Ultimately develop key surgeons, clinicians and hospitals into advocates, willing to promote the technology to their peers
- To capitalise on the significant growth opportunities presented by the current indications and those presented by wider regulatory clearancE
- To work in an ethical and compliant manner. You will establish high levels of integrity and regulatory compliance
- To work with the marketing and clinical & technical research team to define product positioning and develop marketing materials
- Identify potential sources of clinical data to support regulatory submissions and health economic cases

The Person
- Will have a background in orthopaedics, woundcare, medical device or pharmaceutical territory management and must be able to demonstrate successful budget achievement and sales growth
- Must be driven, passionate, ethical and approachable
- Willing to take ownership of their region and formulate a clear plan based on reasoned arguments
- Ability to influence and persuade key HCPs (surgeons, clinical microbiologists, procurement etc.)
- Naturally inquisitive, eager to learn and highly self-motivated
- Must show resilience, tenacity and resourcefulness when faced with rejection
- Comfortable presenting to groups of clinicians as well as supporting the use of the product in an operating theatre environment
