We’re growing fast—and looking for driven, relationship-focused Account Executives ready to make an impact.

What You’ll Do:

  • Prioritize prospecting into target accounts based on growth potential and alignment with our ideal customer profile

  • Uncover customer challenges through discovery and demonstrate BRYCER’s unique value

  • Build and manage your pipeline while keeping data up to date and organized in our CRM

  • Close new business and expand existing customer relationships through cross-selling

  • Meet and exceed quota for monthly and quarterly targets

  • Partner with Account Management to ensure smooth onboarding and customer success

  • Stay informed on industry trends, buyer behavior, and the competitive landscape

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Product to relay market feedback and inform GTM strategy

What You’ll Bring:

  • 3+ years full-cycle sales experience with a track record of exceeding quota

  • Hunter mindset — comfortable with outbound prospecting and winning new business

  • Entrepreneurial drive and the ability to work independently within a team-oriented culture

  • Coachability and a desire for continuous improvement

  • Strong communication skills and tech-savviness

  • Passion for public service and improving community safety
