About the Role

Our Compliance Engine transforms how Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs) manage and report life-safety inspections, simplifying compliance and strengthening public safety at scale.

As a Data Quality Specialist – Compliance Sync (remote), you'll review draft reports entered by our team, verify them against original inspection reports, and ensure records in our system are accurate and complete. Service providers are critical to ensuring buildings across the country are safe – our team helps them enter reports quickly so that they can spend more time in the field, driving compliance.

Prior experience entering ITM reports into The Compliance Engine is required for this role.

What You'll Do

• Review draft reports entered into The Compliance Engine to ensure they match the original fire ITM inspection reports submitted by our customers

• Identify and correct errors including missing fields, incorrect values, or transcription mismatches

• Escalate records that require additional handling per established QC procedures

• Flag recurring issues to your team lead

• Work through a steady, consistent flow of records each day

• Assist with entering more complex reports as needed

Ideal Candidate

• Have 2+ years prior experience entering ITM reports into The Compliance Engine (required)

• Have experience entering reports for a range of system types including fire alarms, sprinklers, standpipes, kitchen exhaust suppression, hood cleaning

• Stay focused and organized when working through a queue of tasks

• Work independently in a remote role without close supervision

• Communicate clearly when something needs attention and suggest process improvements as you identify them
