We are expanding our international team and looking for a colleague responsible for verifying construction projects in Switzerland.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Fluent German (spoken and written) – mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
• Ability to obtain and verify information from various project roles (Architect, Bauherr, General Contractor, Project Manager).
• You will be based in our Prague office
• High attention to detail and accuracy when working with data.
• Experience in call centers, administration, or research is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of construction terminology is a plus.
• Analytical thinking and ability to work independently.
  
  

Main Responsibilities

• Verifying construction project information in Switzerland via phone and email.
• Contacting architects, investors, project offices, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
• Gathering information about project status, timeline, contacts, and involved companies.
• Entering collected data into the internal RSM system.
• Updating project status regularly based on available information.
• Cooperating with the team to improve data quality.
