Position Overview

Cast & Crew is searching for a Vice President of Transformation, reporting to the Chief Transformation & Operations Officer (CTOO), to innovate and lead strategic company transformation and optimization efforts. This role will oversee the Transformation Management Office (XMO). The Transformation Management Office (XMO) is a cross-functional team that will play a pivotal role in two key areas: (a) overseeing the design and execution of the Company Strategic Plan, and (b) managing large-scale client & product migrations. Both key priorities focus on driving growth, operational efficiency, digital transformation and customer experience. The Vice President of Transformation supports:

• Managing the successful delivery of strategic priorities and large-scale client & product migrations
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive overall program delivery
• Developing and implementing program metrics to drive accountability
• Leading impact analyses and assessing change readiness across the board
• Developing and Executing change management and communications plans

Core Responsibilities

  • Lead the Transformation Management Office to ensure key program plans are delivered on time and in alignment with identified business objectives

  • Communicate progress, challenges, and strategic recommendations to the Executive Management Team (EMT) through executive-level presentations and with business leaders across the organization

  • Evaluate existing plans and identify incremental opportunities to enhance value

  • Collaborate with technical and operational teams (e.g., Product, Technology, Finance & Accounting, Sales, etc.), across key pillars, to ensure program is progressing well

  • Leverage knowledge of program management and product & software development to help oversee program management and communicate progress

  • Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth program progress, identifying dependencies, key risks, and mitigation plans

  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success

Key Qualifications

The successful candidate will have the following experience, skills and attributes:

Experience

  • 7+ years experience with a strong understanding of transformation strategy to drive growth, enhance operational efficiency and improve financial performance

  • 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams in identifying and executing transformational initiatives

  • Hands-on experience working with operational teams (i.e., Product, Technology, Finance & Accounting, Sales and other related fields)

  • Proven ability to influence and lead in indirect, global matrix-based, and virtual environments to build partnerships, drive alignment, and make decisions

  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree is a plus

  • Preferred: Direct exposure working in the Entertainment industry

  • Consulting experience is a plus

Skills

  • Strong project management skills, including collaborating with, and influencing stakeholders across organizational levels and geographic locations

  • Excellent strategic thinker with resourceful approach to overcoming challenges and acting as a change catalyst for the organization

  • Experience with managing complex transformation programs in best-in-class project management tools e.g., Monday.com, Jira and other Atlassian products

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) designation is a plus

  • Possess excellent, professional, interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills

  • Exceptional analytical, and problem-solving skills

  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making informed, fact-based decisions in the absence of complete information

  • Willingness and ability to travel, as required

Special Work Conditions

  • Sedentary – Involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Some positions may entail exerting up to 15 lbs. of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force to lift, carry, push, or pull

Compensation is commensurate with various factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, qualifications, skills, training, licensure, certifications, geographic cost of labor, and other business and organizational needs. Compensation range for candidates in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location. The compensation range for this position is: $200,000.00 - $260,000.00 per year.
