Position OverviewCast & Crew is searching for a Program Manager - Migration, reporting to the Vice President of Transformation to innovate and help lead strategic company transformation and optimization efforts. This role is part of the Transformation Management Office (XMO), a cross-functional team that will play a pivotal role in two key areas: (a) overseeing the design and execution of the Company Strategic Plan, and (b) managing large-scale client & product migrations. This role will specifically support client & product migrations and will support:
• Coordinating the end-to-end planning, execution, and migration process for clients and internal staff
• Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure client needs are met across the migration lifecycle
• Focused on the Technology & Product project management plan for customer migrations
• Managing issue escalations from external clients and internal team
• Creating detailed execution plans that meet project milestones and timelines
• Monitoring program status, identifying risks and proposing mitigation plans
Core Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design the migration plan for large-scale transitions of clients onto new products and new processes, whilst prioritizing the overall client experience
- Communicate progress, challenges, and strategic recommendations to the Vice President of Transformation and senior management via executive-level presentations
- Leverage knowledge of program management and product & software development to help oversee program management and communicate progress
- Partner with various internal teams (e.g., Product management, DevOps, Operations, Sales, etc.) to gather requirements, identify risks, and communicate goals to stakeholders
- Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth progress, ensuring the program is on schedule and successful
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success
Key Qualifications
The successful candidate will have the following experience, skills and attributes:
Experience
- 5+ years of experience working with multi-dimensional and varied teams on complex programs (e.g., planning definition, program mobilization & management and execution etc.)
- Strong experience with overall program/project management, stakeholder management, and change management
- Possess excellent interpersonal, and communication skills
- Hands-on experience collaborating with operational teams (i.e., Product, Technology, Sales, Marketing and other related fields)
- Proven ability to influence and lead in indirect, global matrix-based, and virtual environments to build partnerships, drive alignment, and make decisions
- Bachelor’s degree or higher is strongly preferred
- Preferred: Direct exposure working in the Entertainment industry
Skills
- Strong project management skills, including collaborating with, and influencing stakeholders across organizational levels and geographic locations
- Strong strategic thinker with resourceful approach to overcoming challenges
- Experience with managing complex transformation programs in best-in-class project management tools e.g., Jira and other Atlassian products and Monday.com
- Project Management Professional (PMP) designation or Certified Scrum Master is a plus
- Possess strong, professional, interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
- Exceptional analytical, and problem-solving skills

Special Work Conditions
- Sedentary – Involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Some positions may entail exerting up to 15 lbs. of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force to lift, carry, push, or pull
