Cast & Crew is looking for a Product Enablement Manager to own the training delivery function across our full product suite. This role is for someone who comes alive in front of an audience: you're a skilled facilitator who makes complex software feel approachable, builds confidence in learners, and drives real behavior change.
Working closely with the Sr. Product Enablement Manager (Content & Curriculum), you'll take expertly crafted training materials and bring them to life through live webinars, customer workshops, internal enablement sessions, and office hours. You'll also be on the frontlines of adoption — identifying where customers aren't engaging with features and partnering with CRMs to close those gaps.

What You'll Do

Live Training Delivery

  • Facilitate all live training across the product suite: customer onboarding webinars (1:many, 50-100 attendees), and monthly office hours (Q&A, troubleshooting).

  • Deliver custom training for strategic or VIP customers in partnership with CRMs

  • Run virtual and in-person workshops for new feature rollouts and major releases

  • Serve as the live product expert — answering complex questions that Implementation and Support escalate

Training Program Management

  • Own the live training calendar and session scheduling across all product lines

  • Manage webinar logistics: invitations, registration, recordings, and post-session follow-up resources

  • Track attendance, engagement, and feedback scores for all live sessions and report on trends

  • Continuously refine delivery approach based on learner feedback, adoption data, and new product feature releases

  • Collaborate with the Sr. Product Enablement Manager on content-to-delivery handoffs — flagging gaps or updates needed in materials

Adoption

  • Monitor product adoption metrics across the customer base; identify segments with low feature engagement

  • Partner with CRMs and Technical Account Managers to design and deliver targeted adoption interventions

  • Proactively reach out to customers with flagged adoption gaps when appropriate

  • Contribute adoption insights back to the content team to inform new training material priorities

Collaboration & Feedback

  • Participate in GTM launch planning — represent training delivery readiness and flag risks

  • Provide ongoing feedback to the Sr. Product Enablement Manager on content quality and learner reception

  • Share customer pain points, common questions, and feature confusion patterns with Product teams

What We're Looking For

Required

  • 3+ years in training delivery, customer education, or a customer-facing product role in a B2B SaaS or technology environment

  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills — comfortable leading webinars and workshops for 50-100 person audiences

  • Ability to learn and deeply understand complex software products across multiple domains

  • Excellent verbal communication — ability to explain technical features clearly to non-technical audiences

  • Experience using webinar and virtual training platforms (Zoom, GoTo Webinar, or similar)

  • Data-oriented: comfortable reviewing adoption metrics and translating them into training priorities

Preferred

  • Experience in payroll, production accounting, workforce management, or entertainment industry software

  • Background in customer success or implementation — strong understanding of the customer journey

  • Familiarity with LMS platforms and learning analytics

  • Experience with train-the-trainer program design and delivery
