Position Overview
The Production Incentives Analyst reports to the Vice President, Film & Television Production Incentives. As part of the production incentive team, the analyst will contribute to the development and growth of the production incentive department with the goal of making Cast & Crew’s incentive department the go-to source for production executives.Core Responsibilities • Review and succinctly summarize all pertinent proposed and/or enacted production incentive legislation for publication in company newsletter, website, or other company marketing collateral • Using a MovieMagic Budget calculate the estimated production incentive by applying the rules and regulations of the pertinent jurisdiction • Assist in the preparation of the bi-monthly production incentive newsletter, bi-annually TIP Guide, and other related incentive materials • Assist in creating and maintaining jurisdictional production incentive information • Develop working relationships with appropriate film office and revenue department representatives • Research and present solutions to production incentive issues as necessary • Participate in industry events as required • Provide administrative support as required • Some travel to conferences, events, and meetups as required • Other related duties and projects as assigned Key Qualifications • Minimum of three years’ work experience with at least one year work experience in the entertainment industry preferred • Intermediate or better knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe required • Highly motivated and proactive – willingness to learn and take on responsibilities and projects as needed • A resourceful self-starter with ability to identify and resolve issues as they arise • Ability to work independently and with a team • Possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral • Strong organization and time management skills with ability to prioritizes and handles multiple demands • Strong research and analytical skills • Ability to work overtime as needed. Preferred Qualifications • Undergraduate degree preferred • Experience using MovieMagic Bugeting, PSL, Vista is a plus • Familiarity with production incentives offered in the United States and film production knowledge is a plus Special Work Conditions • Sedentary – Involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Some positions may entail exerting up to 15 lbs. of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force to lift, carry, push, or pull.

Compensation is commensurate with various factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, qualifications, skills, training, licensure, certifications, geographic cost of labor, and other business and organizational needs. Compensation range for candidates in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location. The compensation range for this position is: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour.
