Cast & Crew is looking for a high-energy, field-driven Account Executive to grow revenue across our Live Entertainment division. This is a quota-carrying individual contributor role focused on winning new relationships and expanding existing ones across two distinct but connected segments: Touring and Venues & Festivals.

You know the live entertainment world from the inside. You understand how touring productions are staffed and financed, how venues and festivals operate, and who the decision-makers are before the trucks roll. You're not waiting for inbound. You're at the show, at the conference, in the room where the relationships are built.

This role moves faster than a traditional entertainment sales cycle. Deals have more velocity, seasons drive urgency, and your ability to show up consistently in the right places at the right times is as important as your ability to close.

Key Qualifications

  • Deep familiarity with live entertainment production ecosystems, including touring operations, venue management, festival production, and the production services companies that support them

  • Experience working with or selling to touring managers, production managers, venue operations leaders, festival producers, or the production services firms that crew and support live events

  • Proven ability to build relationships that generate revenue across multiple tours, seasons, and events, not just one-time transactions

  • Comfortable with a faster deal cadence and the ability to manage a high-volume pipeline with multiple opportunities at different stages simultaneously

  • A presence in the live entertainment community, you show up, you're known, and you know how to work a room at an industry event or conference

  • Strong pipeline discipline with the ability to forecast accurately against seasonal production calendars and touring cycles

  • Familiarity with HubSpot

What You'll Do

  • Own an individual revenue target spanning new logo acquisition and expansion of existing production services, touring, and venue relationships

  • Build and maintain a strong presence across the live entertainment ecosystem, developing trusted relationships with touring managers, production managers, venue operations leaders, festival producers, and the production services companies that support them

  • Move fast and stay ahead of the calendar, identifying upcoming tours, festival seasons, and venue productions early enough to position Cast & Crew before decisions are locked

  • Take a consultative approach with clients, connecting their crew payroll, workforce management, and production support challenges to Cast & Crew's solutions in a way that speaks the language of live entertainment

  • Manage a high-velocity pipeline with clear visibility across deal stages, seasonal timelines, and revenue timing, keeping forecast accuracy tight even as opportunities move quickly

  • Be on the ground where it matters, representing Cast & Crew at industry conferences, touring industry events, venue summits, festival gatherings, and sponsorship activations where live entertainment relationships are built and maintained

  • Identify expansion opportunities within existing production services accounts, uncovering new tours, new venues, or new divisions that haven't yet engaged with Cast & Crew

  • Partner with Operations, Customer Success, and Finance to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and strong service delivery from contract through production close

  • Bring market intelligence back to the business, surfacing competitive dynamics, seasonal trends, and client feedback that sharpen Cast & Crew's positioning in the live entertainment space

What You'll Bring

  • 3 to 6 years of experience in a quota-carrying sales, business development, or strategic account role within live entertainment, touring, venue operations, production services, or a closely related field

  • A track record of consistent revenue attainment across both new business and account expansion in a fast-moving, seasonally driven environment

  • Experience navigating multi-stakeholder buying environments where decisions involve touring managers, production companies, venue leadership, and finance teams simultaneously

  • Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills, you lead with knowledge of their world, not just a product pitch

  • Genuine comfort with a high-activity, high-velocity sales motion, you thrive when the pace is fast and the calendar is driving urgency

  • An existing presence or network in the live entertainment, touring, or production services community that you can activate from day one

  • Willingness to travel and be in the field regularly, this role is built around being where the industry is, not just working from behind a desk

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for a variable compensation program with an on-target annual value of $160,000. Variable compensation is subject to the terms of the applicable plan and may be modified from time to time.
