THE ROLE

The ABX & Field Marketing Manager’s core function will be to be the bridge between Sales and Marketing. This role will develop and execute strategic field and account-based marketing programs that directly impact pipeline generation and revenue. They will act as a trusted advisor to regional sales leaders, translating their business objectives into metrics-driven marketing plans and providing a feedback loop to the centralized marketing organization. The success of this role will be measured by its ability to creatively solve problems, drive measurable results, and foster strong, collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams.

WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE

  • Collaborate closely with the regional sales leaders to develop and execute comprehensive, data-driven marketing programs and events that align with regional business objectives and pipeline targets.
  • Drive programs with a focus on mid-to-bottom-of-funnel pipeline acceleration. Orchestrate and manage the execution of ABX (Account-Based Experience) programs for strategic accounts, ensuring alignment with global campaigns and regional sales goals.
  • Monitor target account data trends and intent indicators to develop targeted account penetration programs.
  • Partner with the centralized Campaigns team to adapt and leverage global top-of-funnel campaigns, while focusing efforts on mid-to-bottom-of-funnel engagement and conversion.
  • Track and manage effectiveness & impact of marketing spend on pipeline, using defined tools and resources in partnership with the Marketing Operations team.
  • Monitor progress and measure results of all key field marketing programs through regular pipeline inspection & deal tracking
  • Serve as the primary marketing contact for the regional sales team
  • Facilitate regular interlock sessions to monitor program progress and collect feedback on both broad field activities and targeted ABX initiatives
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to accelerate current open opportunitiesDevelop playbooks, call scripts, and outbound email templates to enable Business Development and Sales teams.
  • Partner closely with Content and Product Marketing teams to integrate company and product specific messaging into field marketing plans geared towards the appropriate audiences
  • Leverage analytical tools to inform strategic decisions and report on program KPIs to key stakeholders.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related subject
  • Marketing experience in a SaaS business
  • Excellent team player, able to work as part of a remote team.
  • Typically 5+ years of field marketing experience with a demonstrated ability to drive and execute successful integrated marketing programs, including a focus on mid-to-bottom-of-funnel and account-based initiatives.
  • Proven track record of developing creative solutions to marketing challenges and driving significant pipeline growth in both broad field marketing and targeted ABX environments.
  • Experience with analytical tools and ability to dive deep into metrics and reporting. Metrics-driven approach with a strong ability to analyze data, interpret results, and communicate program effectiveness to both marketing and sales leadership
  • Proven ability to work with sales teams and multiple levels of management, while being highly responsive
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills


WHAT ELSE WOULD BE GREAT

  • Salesforce and 6sense experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Google calendar, docs, sheets, slides) preferred
