THE ROLE
The Senior Product Operations Coordinator will report to the Senior Director, Operations. You will play a key role on the Product Operations team by project managing our seasonal release, coordinating business readiness programs, and supporting the product org with additional reporting and coordination needs. You will work closely with senior team members to assist with the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with exceptional communication and multitasking skills, capable of managing multiple projects at the same time.
WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE
Project manage our seasonal release process 3x a year, including coordination across stakeholders in and outside of the product organization
- Support team members with coordination efforts for large scale business readiness programs (i.e. NPI) and project manage smaller programs and/or workstreams
- Act as a central point of contact for product operations related communication including maintaining pages on Confluence and managing communications on Slack channels.
- Help facilitate meetings, capture meeting recaps, and ensure all team members and stakeholders are kept informed of updates and changes.
- Track project progress, identify potential issues or risks, and report on project status to the senior team members and other stakeholders.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to help build documentation such as project plans, enablement materials, etc.
- Support Product Operations team with ad-hoc reporting and data related projects
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task with little supervision
- Experience managing projects
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Competent use of Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Forms) or Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Strong collaborator and team player

- Ability to work with ambiguity and be flexible
