THE ROLE
We are looking for a seasoned Sales leader with a proven track record in developing and building high performing, diverse Sales teams within software sales organisations. You will enjoy being customer facing, offer high energy, character, and polish to support your team and evangelise the business value that our Certinia solutions can offer.


You will be called upon to deliver the quarter-to-quarter sales results needed to achieve revenue targets for the company across our commercial and enterprise sales teams, while building the foundation for long-term leadership in cloud-based business applications


As Regional Vice President you will be responsible for creating and accelerating relationships with organisations and maintaining ongoing relationships through emphasis and strong attention to customer satisfaction and collaborative working.

WHAT YOU WILL DO IN THIS ROLE
As a Sales Leader for EMEA, you will lead a team of six Account Executives focused on acquiring relationships with large enterprise customers (typically 2,000+ employees) primarily, but not limited to, the UK, Ireland, and Northern Europe. Your mission is to build and execute a winning go-to-market strategy that drives sustained growth for Certinia’s suite of SaaS solutions.


You will:
* Lead, coach, and develop a team of high-performing SaaS sales professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
* Build and execute strategic account plans targeting enterprise organisations across key verticals such as Professional Services, IT Services, Consulting, and Technology.
* Drive predictable revenue growth through rigorous pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and disciplined deal execution.
* Partner effectively with Salesforce, Marketing, Customer Success, Solution Engineering, Professional Services and Alliances to deliver integrated campaigns and exceptional customer experiences.
* Represent Certinia as a trusted advisor, articulating the business value of our natively developed on Salesforce platform to C-suite stakeholders and decision-makers.
* Champion Certinia’s values of transparency, trust, and teamwork while contributing to our growth story in EMEA.


WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THE ROLE
To succeed in this role, you’ll bring a blend of leadership capability, enterprise sales expertise, and an ability to inspire teams in a high-growth SaaS environment.


You’ll likely have:
* Proven success leading enterprise business applications SaaS sales teams in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
* A strong track record of consistent quota attainment and team achievement across high-value, consultative sales cycles.
* Experience selling to C-suite leaders within large organisations (2,000+ employees), ideally within professional or technology services sectors.
* Excellent coaching skills – able to develop, motivate, and elevate team members to exceed expectations.
* The ability to think strategically, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.
* A deep understanding of modern, value centric, sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger, SPIN, or Target Account Selling).
* Commercial acumen, strong forecasting discipline, and familiarity with Salesforce CRM.
* A collaborative and inclusive leadership style that aligns with Certinia’s culture of empowerment, trust, and customer-centricity.
