We delight our clients with marketing films, still renderings, pano tours, customization tools and graphic design in order to capture attention and inspire engagement.

Qualifications

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with Internal team and Client partners (ranging from Project Architects and Designers to Marketing Executives), to develop visuals that fully achieve the creative vision for the project.
• Manage all of the steps required in the 3D and post-production process from start to finish, while maintaining department and studio standards.
• Read and accurately interpret architectural plans, models and illustrations.
• Direct all aspects of project creative including editorial and motion graphics.
• 2D image compositing, finishing and retouching operations required for 3D renderings.
• Have experience in creating realtime environments and tools.

AutoCAD / Revit

SketchUp

Unreal Engine

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of color, composition and lighting in imagery.
• Intermediate / expert knowledge of 3ds Max
• Beginner / Intermediate knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Sketchup.
• Knowledge of Unreal Engine and real time methods are a plus.
• Expert knowledge of lighting and render settings with Vray/Corona
• Intermediate knowledge of industry standard 3rd party plugins.
• Expert knowledge of editing and compositing with Adobe Photoshop.
• Initiative to experiment with new software and industry trends.
• Ability to use relevant graphic design related software to a high level.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate Degree
• Three years of professional experience in producing high quality architectural images and animation or interactive applications.
• Fully conversant in using and creating models from architectural plans, sketches and elevations.
• In-Depth knowledge of visualization and photorealistic rendering techniques.
• Experience with animation techniques, camera layout, edit theory and compositing.
• Active follower and contributor of the 3D arch-viz community with a good awareness of design trends and creative thinking.
