Architectural Visualization Artist - Junior
NOT A HOTEL ARCHITECTS, the architectural division of NOT A HOTEL, is rapidly expanding and currently seeking talented CG artists to join our Tokyo studio.
As a member of our CG team, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of projects, including collaborations with internationally renowned architectural offices or creators as well as in-house development projects. We welcome passionate and creative individuals who are eager to grow together with us.

- Organizing and maintaining the asset library
- Creation of renderings for design studies of in-house architectural projects

- As the architectural division of NOT A HOTEL is currently focusing on strengthening teamwork, regular attendance at the Tokyo office is required.
- Japanese language proficiency is not mandatory. However, since our primary working language is Japanese, candidates are expected to have the willingness to learn continuously.
- We also actively utilize AI in our workflows as a means to improve efficiency and expand creative possibilities. Prior experience with AI is not required, but a willingness to learn is highly valued.

- Proficiency in 3ds Max, Corona Renderer, and Photoshop
- Communication skills in English or Japanese
- Rhinoceros
- Forest Pack / RailClone
- After Effects / Adobe Premiere
- Unreal Engine
- Experience with AI tools (e.g., modeling, image enhancement, still-to-animation conversion)

Benefits:
- Full social insurance coverage in accordance with Japan's social security system (health insurance, pension, employment insurance, etc.)
- Annual medical check-up covered by the company (once per year as required by law)
- Paid leave: 13–23 days per year, depending on years of service (first year is prorated based on start date)
