Project Manager — Architectural Visualization
Project Manager — Architectural Visualization | Fully Remote | Full-time
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team and take full ownership of client project delivery across our service range - 3D renders, virtual tours, cinematic animations, and interactive sales materials for high-end real estate developers worldwide.
This is not a production role. You will not be creating renders. Your job is to make sure the right work gets to the right client at the right time — running 4–6 concurrent projects, managing client relationships directly, and coordinating our senior visualization team internally.
You will be the person clients rely on to keep things moving, and the person the team relies on to keep briefs clear and feedback structured. Both sides of that equation matter equally here.
What You'll Own
Plus Render is an architectural marketing studio on a mission to change how unbuilt real estate is sold - through immersive virtual tours, cinematic animations, and interactive sales experiences that make buyers feel a project before it exists. We work with premium developers across Dubai, Riyadh, Europe, and the US on projects that genuinely matter.
We are a team of fully remote people and deliberately lean. That means no layers of bureaucracy, no micromanagement, and no waiting for permission to do good work. You own your area, you deliver, and your contribution is visible.

Qualifications
Architecture degree or equivalent design background
PMP certification or Master's in Project Management
2–4 years of real experience in an architecture studio, CGI studio, or real estate marketing environment
Working knowledge of 3D/rendering pipelines - you won't produce the work but you must understand it
Strong English, client-facing confidence, and the ability to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball

- End-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent projects across all Plus Render service lines
- Client relationships from kickoff call to final delivery
- Internal coordination of our senior visualization team and freelancers
- Project timelines, briefs, revision logs, and status updates
- Quality review at each milestone - you need to know when the work is right and when it isn't
