Business Development Manager / Sales

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager / Sales professional who loves connecting with people and knows how to build long-term professional relationships. Someone who understands the creative world - ideally with experience in 3D visualization, architecture, or real estate marketing and who can represent our studio with confidence and warmth.

You’ll help us expand our client base, enter new markets, and represent StudioSME at international events and EXPOs (like Expo Real or MIPIM), creating new opportunities and partnerships.

Your Role

  • Identify and engage new clients - developers, architects, and agencies.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Represent StudioSME at industry events and exhibitions, actively networking and presenting our work.
  • Research and open new market opportunities, helping shape our expansion strategy.
  • Work closely with the studio’s leadership to align client goals with our creative and technical capabilities.
  • Maintain a clear, structured sales pipeline and follow-up process.

Qualifications

What We Expect

  • Proven experience in sales or business development within the creative agencies, CGI studios or architectural/real estate industry.
  • Understanding of the workflow and production timelines typical for 3D visualization studios.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (German is an advantage).
  • Open, communicative, and positive personality - someone who enjoys meaningful professional conversations.
  • Proactive, independent mindset and willingness to travel for industry events.
