Location: Any CSI office. Open to location discussion. Preference for candidates within the Pacific, Mountain, and Alaska Time Zones.

Shift: 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. CST


JOB SUMMARY

Customer Service Representatives ensure delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate communication and coordinating with other departments to resolve inquires. They are the first point of customer contact for general inquiries. They build and maintain business relationships with clients by providing prompt and accurate service to promote customer loyalty.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Research and respond to support questions via phone and web-based support portal
  • Support the Loans core banking software servicing Commercial, Installment, Mortgage, and Revolving credit line accounts
  • Assist customers with escrow activity and other loan-related services as needed
  • Continuous learning of CSI’s products to meet skill levels and goals of the department
  • Builds and maintains relationships with customers.
  • Responds to a work queue and resolves issues in a timely manner; escalates issues of a complex nature.
  • Demonstrates a basic knowledge of application functionality.
  • Provides information to the appropriate CSI department regarding customer issues and concerns.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education & Certifications:

Technical education or job knowledge equivalent to a 2-year college or trade school.

Experience:

The minimum amount of relevant work experience required to successfully perform the job is at least one (1) year.

Loan operations or processing experience preferred.

CSI NuPoint experience preferred.

General Supervision. Assignments are both task-oriented and objective-oriented. Work is reviewed for soundness of judgement and overall adequacy and accuracy.
