Location: Amarillo, TX, CSI Office

Shift: 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. CST

JOB SUMMARY

Customer Service Representatives ensure delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate communication and coordinating with other departments to resolve inquires. They are the first point of customer contact for general inquiries. They build and maintain business relationships with clients by providing prompt and accurate service to promote customer loyalty.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Builds and maintains relationships with customers.
  • Responds to a work queue and resolves issues in a timely manner; escalates issues of a complex nature.
  • Demonstrates a basic knowledge of application functionality.
  • Provides information to the appropriate CSI department regarding customer issues and concerns.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

PRIMARY RESULTS ACCOUNTABLE FOR ACHIEVING

  • Customer issues are resolved quickly.
  • Provided information is timely, accurate and relevant.
  • Customer Satisfaction.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education & Certifications:

Technical education or job knowledge equivalent to a 2-year college or trade school.

Experience:

The minimum amount of relevant work experience required to successfully perform the job is at least one (1) year.

Banking knowledge or experience, preferred.

SUPERVISION RECEIVED

General Supervision. Assignments are both task-oriented and objective-oriented. Work is reviewed for soundness of judgement and overall adequacy and accuracy.
