JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in interpreting raw data to drive marketing strategies and initiatives, ultimately contributing to the growth and success of our organization. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze raw data from various sources including sales, customer engagement, website traffic, social media platforms and other marketing/sales technologies.

• Interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to marketing strategies and objectives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven recommendations.

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate key findings and metrics.

• Assist in the implementation of data collection methods, ensuring accuracy and consistency of data.

• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to address specific marketing questions or challenges.

• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data analytics and marketing.

• Participate in meetings and presentations to share insights, findings, and recommendations with stakeholders.

• Support Director of Marketing Ops & Demand Gen in data modeling, segmentation, and predictive analytics projects.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of data analysis processes and methodologies within the marketing team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education & Certifications:

Experience or education equivalent to a college undergraduate degree, BS/BA degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Marketing, or related field

Experience:

The minimum amount of relevant work experience required to successfully perform the job is at least three to five (3 – 5) years.

  • Three to five years previous experience in data analysis or similar data/marketing roles, required.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as Excel, required.

Required Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Marketo Revenue Explorer or similar), preferred.
  • Marketing/email automation platform proficiency, such as Marketo, preferred.
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform proficiency.
  • Knowledge of marketing concepts, strategies, and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

This position requires frequent decision making and the ability to plan and perform unusual or difficult work with general operation methods and procedures.

SUPERVISION RECEIVED

Consultative Direction. Virtually self‐supervisory. Works toward predetermined, long‐range goals. Assignments are often self‐initiated. Work is reviewed by consultation and agreement with others rather than formal review
