Remote position
Are you a team player with bank operations interest? Join our growing Ancillary team as a CSR where you will use your skills to resolve customer issues, while developing relationships internally and externally through the satisfaction of solving problems.
JOB SUMMARY
Customer Service Representatives ensure delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate communication and coordinating with other departments to resolve inquires. They are the first point of customer contact for any payment service inquiries. They build and maintain business relationships with clients by providing prompt and accurate service to promote customer loyalty.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research and respond to support questions via phone and web-based support portal
- Support the Ancillary products/services including CIF, CRM, FMS and others.
- Continuous learning of CSI’s products to meet skill levels and goals of the department
- Builds and maintains relationships with customers.
- Responds to a work queue and resolves issues in a timely manner; escalates issues of a complex nature.
- Demonstrates a basic knowledge of application functionality.
- Provides information to the appropriate CSI department regarding customer issues and concerns.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education & Certifications:
Education or job knowledge equivalent to a 2-year college or trade school.
Experience:
The minimum amount of relevant work experience required to successfully perform the job is at least one (1) year:
Required Skills:
- Computer skill with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products, specifically Excel
- Problem-solving experience with strong research, analytical and reasoning skills
- Organizational skills
- Customer service skills, with strong listening, written and verbal communication
- Mathematical skills
Preferred Skills: (Any or all below would be helpful, but not required)
- Banking experience, preferably in operations
- Accounting experience or knowledge
- CSI NuPoint experience
- IRS reporting experience
- Financial Management System (FMS)
- Customer Information File (CIF)
WORK ENVIRONMENT

Location: Remote, however, applicants that live one (1) hour drive from a CSI office, are required to be hybrid (3 days in office).
Hours: 8-5 CST M-F
Travel: No travel typically required.
Physical Demands: The employee must be physically able to perform all essential job duties, with or without reasonable accommodation and shall be physically able to perform the tasks and/or functions listed above to the extent job-related and consistent with business necessity
