Product Manager-Debit & ATM

Job Description:
Responsibilities
Lead the development and management of Debit and ATM card products, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch, including market research, product design, and implementation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and operations, to deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new features.
Develop and maintain product roadmaps, prioritizing features and initiatives based on business value and customer impact.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards for Debit and ATM card products.
Manage relationships with external vendors and partners, ensuring service level agreements are met.
Monitor product performance, using data and analytics to drive continuous improvement and optimize user experience.
Provide training and support to internal teams, including sales and customer service, to ensure successful product adoption and customer satisfaction.
Lead operational and implementation efforts, coordinating with IT and operations teams to ensure seamless product deployment and integration.
Job Requirements
Experience or equivalent to a 4-year college degree
Minimum 6- 8 years' experience in Product Managment
Pragmatic Certification – Level II preferred
Experience with Aha! or similar tools
Experience in Debit card and ATM
Plastics experience helpful
