Information Security Consultant I

Job Description:
Information Security Consultants provide risk and compliance services that follow defined standards/methodologies and utilize specialized security tools and software. They work directly with client personnel to perform information security reviews/audits as well as other services such as risk assessments, vulnerability/patch management scanning, social engineering exercises, and information security training.
Evaluates client networks and systems for security and efficiency.
Assesses client policies and procedures for compliance with regulatory guidance and industry standards.
Stays abreast of information security, cybersecurity, regulatory, and other trends as they relate to our client base.
Produces reports detailing the findings of the services-rendered and associated recommendations to help the client meet information security and compliance standards.
Works within team of consultants to continuously improve and update CSI services to ensure they stay ahead of information security and compliance trends.
Performs other duties as assigned.
The minimum amount of relevant work experience required to successfully perform the job is at least two (2) years or equivalent education. Education or job knowledge equivalent to a 4-year college undergraduate degree in a technical/security-related field.
