Professional Service Engineer-Implementation Tech Lead-Systems Engineer 3
Location: Remote (up to 20% Travel)

Overview
Join CSI’s Managed Services Group as a Systems Engineer III, where you’ll lead the deployment of transformative IT solutions for enterprise clients. In this remote role, you’ll drive high-impact projects, mentor engineers, and ensure seamless solution delivery. Key Responsibilities

• Deploy and optimize VDI, virtualization, and SAN solutions using VMware, Microsoft Azure, and Citrix.
• Lead complex projects, managing timelines, tasks, and client expectations.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with the NOC for smooth operational transitions.
• Conduct advanced troubleshooting and post-project reviews to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience in virtualization, cloud, and networking (or 10+ years equivalent experience).
• Expertise in Microsoft Azure, VMware ESXi, and SAN deployment.
• Strong communication, mentorship, and project management skills.
• Preferred certifications: VMware VCP, Microsoft AZ-104.
