Job Description:

Contract Administrators are responsible for the execution of clerical business processes. These may include contract processing, cross sale contract creation, CRM data entry and verification, forms purchasing, document archiving and filing, assisting upper management, and other duties as assigned by the Manager.

  • Updates contract records in CRM database, or other internal tracking tools and research current contracts for Level I-type special projects (e.g., data entry, checking boxes, etc.).

  • Performs document processing may include importing documents for archive, pulling templates, reviewing prior contracts, following best practices, and returning documents to stakeholders.

  • Create and process cross sale and new supplemental contracts, verifies necessary approvals for contract specifications, follows contract best practices procedures for creating contracts, and sends out contract for client signature.

  • Creates and modifies department procedures.

  • Prepares contract and supplementals templates for periodic review.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

The minimum amount of relevant work experience required to successfully perform the job is at least two (2) years. Education or job knowledge is equivalent to college or university undergraduate education.
