Bank Customer Support Analyst (Hybrid Night Shift)

Summary
Are you a problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, independent work environment? Join our Meridian Customer Support Team and play a vital role in supporting mission-critical banking operations. As a Bank Support Analyst, you’ll be the go-to contact for financial institutions using CSI’s Meridian core banking software. Your role is to provide technical and functional support, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a great customer experience.
Hybrid Schedule-Amarillo, TX
In-office: Tuesday & Wednesday
Remote: Monday, Thursday & Friday
Monday–Friday | 8:00am–5:00pm CST
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to support cases via phone, email, or ticketing system
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Document all communications and resolutions
- Collaborate with internal teams for complex issues
- Stay updated on product changes and attend training
- Support year-end processing and occasional after-hours needs
- Suggest improvements to processes and customer service
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of banking operations and terminology
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with Windows, Microsoft Office, and general PC use
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or GED required
- College degree preferred (Business, Finance, IT)
- 3+ years in banking, customer support, or call center
(or equivalent internal CSI Meridian experience)

- This role may require after-hours support and extended hours during peak periods, such as end-of-year processing or major system updates.
