Title of position: Treasury Manager

Location of position: Remote US

In this role, you have the opportunity to make an impact as you help to shape the financial future of a leading Fintech company. As Treasury Manager, you’ll be the strategic partner driving cash management excellence, optimizing global banking operations, and ensuring compliance—all while influencing decisions that matter. This is your chance to combine analytical expertise with innovative thinking to deliver measurable results.

You are responsible for: (not limited to)

• Lead with Vision: Manage day-to-day and period-end Treasury activities, including global cash positioning and forecasting.

• Drive Innovation: Identify and implement process improvements like multi-lateral netting and cash pooling to maximize efficiency.

• Ensure Excellence: Develop and maintain treasury policies, procedures, and SOX-compliant controls.

• Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with AR, AP, legal, tax, IT, and FP&A to optimize working capital and enhance visibility into global cash balances.

• Build Relationships: Maintain strong banking partnerships and negotiate contracts to secure the best products and services.

• Influence Strategy: Prepare materials for investors, rating agencies, lenders, and the Board of Directors.

• Supporting special projects, acquisitions, and internal/external audits.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance (required).

Experience: 2+ years of corporate treasury experience.

Technical Skills: Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; advanced spreadsheet proficiency; experience with bank reconciliations and ACH/wire templates.

Knowledge: Familiarity with banking systems and treasury platforms; SOX compliance; exposure to global banking structures.

Personal Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making abilities; attention to detail; ability to meet deadlines and manage projects effectively.

Certifications: CTP preferred but not required.
