Job Description:

Title of position: Software Engineer-Full Stack

Location of position: Remote US with a preference to Amarillo, TX or Paducah, KY

In this role, you have the opportunity to engage with a broad range of technologies, delivering valuable tools to internal and external customers while growing your skills to take on larger and more impactful projects.

You are responsible for: (but not limited to)

  • Research and refine project specifications

  • Write clean readable and maintainable code

  • Follow coding standards set by the organization

  • Test thoroughly

  • Communicate progress to team and stakeholders

  • Work with Product, QA, DevOps, and other groups to push projects forward

You are a part of: An agile team with a mixture of backgrounds and skills that positions us to be able to take on a wide variety of projects. Our members work largely independently or in pairs to build new tools, complete technology upgrades, or just fill in the gaps where other teams may need assistance. We meet daily to update each other on our progress and weekly to go into depth reviewing our work.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Experience Full Stack engineer

  • Experience with SQL, C#/VB, and Angular preferred

  • Experience with .Net Core or .Net Framework

  • Experience with Azure, Identity, or API’s is a plus

  • Ability to organize and communicate ideas and status updates

  • Speak, read, and write in English fluently

  • 4-year degree in computer science or computer information systems preferred

  • 1-2+ years relevant professional development experience preferred
