Support Analysts provide support through calls and correspondence, troubleshoot problems, provide step-by-step solutions, escalate issues or refer clients to other services. They may also perform clerical tasks such as maintaining records of all transactions, preparing and processing documents, answering inquiries, and updating databases. Moreover, a support analyst must produce progress reports, coordinating with managers regularly.
An Associate Support Analyst should have a basic understanding of best practices, can execute on tasks with supervision from others. Individuals will create basic level insights and recommendations in their area of expertise. Individuals in this role will continue to provide support to the team and begins to lead tier one support efforts with low complexity.
What skills and experience do I need to succeed?
You will need a minimum 2 years of experience.
You will be able to problem solve, analyse and make suggestions. We are looking for a candidate who has knowledge of the TSR regulation and who can create mutual fund statements backgrounds.
You may have worked as a ‘Associate Support Analyst’, ‘Support Analyst’, or 'Analyst’.
