The purpose of the Client Consultant is to support the Style Analytics clients including Asset Managers, Asset Owners and Investment Consultants, acting as the first point of contact for all queries. You will facilitate the clients’ use of the system, ensuring that their experience is positive, and potential is realised. The role acts as a value-add service, where you will also be responsible for working collaboratively with Account Management to help grow our business opportunities.

Client orientation experience, specifically: establishing, promoting, and nurturing good client relations (both internal and external); obtaining first-hand client information and using it to meet their needs; finding the right balance between client needs and company needs; cross-selling new products.

Planning and organization skills, specifically: marshalling resources; documenting and simplifying complex tasks; and managing multiple detailed client requests at one time.

You may have worked as a ‘Client Consultant’, or 'Client Specialist’.
