Product Managers are responsible for the strategic management of all aspects of a product's commercial success. You will serve as subject matter expert for Asset Management regulatory requirements and changes in the United States and European region, such as: SEC 13G/D, SEC 13F, ESMA Short-sale reporting, ESMA Transparency Directive II, etc.

This Senior Product Manager role is responsible for one of our highest growing, high visibility products.

We’re seeking an experienced professional with 7+ years of experience in Product Management within the industry. This may include shareholder disclosure, ideally from a product compliance perspective. This is a senior role, requiring a candidate who understands the daily operational demands, reporting cycles, and strategic nuances of disclosure obligations. You'll need a proven ability to navigate regulatory complexities across jurisdictions and coordinate effectively with internal teams and external vendors—particularly in service to asset managers.

Salary Range: $140,000 to $165,000 annually + any other benefits such as bonus.
