More about the role & team

We are seeking a Client Consultant to join our collaborative, international team supporting the Signal platform. This mid-level position offers the opportunity to work directly with clients across the US, acting as the first point of contact for inquiries, technical issues, and feedback relating to our services.

🌐 About the Role
  • Serve as the initial contact for client support—managing queries, coordinating meetings, and ensuring timely communication
  • Troubleshoot and investigate issues relating to the software platform, Signal, escalating internally via Zendesk and JIRA when necessary
  • Liaise with product and development teams to relay updates and resolutions back to clients
  • Work across time zones, occasionally facilitating calls outside standard business hours

What skills and experience do I need to succeed?

  • Proven experience in a client-facing support role
  • Strong communication and time management skills, particularly across varying time zones
  • Comfort with systems like Excel; experience with financial data is beneficial but not required
  • Confidence in conveying technical information clearly and professionally

Salary Range: $45,000 to $60,000 annually + any other benefits such as bonus
