We are seeking a Client Consultant to join our collaborative, international team supporting the Signal platform. This mid-level position offers the opportunity to work directly with clients across the US, acting as the first point of contact for inquiries, technical issues, and feedback relating to our services.

🌐 About the Role

Serve as the initial contact for client support—managing queries, coordinating meetings, and ensuring timely communication
Troubleshoot and investigate issues relating to the software platform, Signal, escalating internally via Zendesk and JIRA when necessary
Liaise with product and development teams to relay updates and resolutions back to clients
Work across time zones, occasionally facilitating calls outside standard business hours

Salary Range: $45,000 to $60,000 annually + any other benefits such as bonus
