The Client Success team is responsible for overall satisfaction and proactive retention of clients through knowledge of their core business and products. Builds long-term client relationships to become a trusted advisor. Ensures effective and efficient client training and onboarding of new clients. Maintains a deep understanding of Confluence solutions and products and educates clients about the most relevant features/functionality for their specific business needs. Serves as the voice of the client (issues, feedback, escalation). Provides internal feedback on product enhancements and how to better serve customers.
As a Senior Client Success Consultant, you will lead high-impact client relationships and strategic initiatives. You’ll own KPIs, identify business growth opportunities, and partner with internal teams to optimize performance and client satisfaction.
What skills and experience do I need to succeed?
We are looking for a highly motivated and independent professional with a strong actuarial background to join our team in Paris.
This role requires someone who thrives in client-facing situations, can manage relationships with confidence, and enjoys solving complex problems.
Communication is key, as you’ll be expected to present insights clearly and collaborate effectively with both clients and internal teams.
The ideal candidate is comfortable working autonomously, and can handle multiple client accounts with professionalism and care.
