As a Support Analyst, youβll be the friendly expert who helps clients through calls and emails, solving their problems and guiding them step-by-step to solutions. Youβll tackle challenges, escalate complex issues, and connect clients with the right resources when needed. ππ‘
Your day-to-day will include keeping records organized, processing important documents, answering client questions, and keeping databases up to date. Youβll also prepare progress reports and work closely with managers to keep everything running smoothly. ποΈπ
As an Associate Support Analyst, youβll:

- Create basic insights and recommendations in your area of expertise

- π Prepare progress reports and coordinate with managers

- π Participate in solution design, configuration, testing, and documentation
- π Contribute to operational monitoring and process improvements
- π¬ Communicate professionally with stakeholders at all times

π What You Bring:
- π Bachelorβs degree in a relevant field
- π Minimum 2 years of work experience
- π§© Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- β³ Excellent time management and communication abilities
- π«Ά Client-focused mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- π₯ Certifications such as CFA, CIPM, ITIL, or FRM are a plus!
