We’re looking for a Senior Deal Desk Analyst to play a critical role in shaping how global deals are structured, validated, and delivered. This is more than a transactional role—it’s an opportunity to directly influence revenue integrity and partner with senior stakeholders across the business.

🔧 What you’ll be doing

Review and validate deals across new business, renewals, and pricing changes
Ensure accuracy of Salesforce (CPQ) data and contractual alignment
Perform ARR and contract reconciliation prior to deal approval
Act as the bridge between Sales, Revenue/Billing, and Finance teams
Approve, query, or reject opportunities with clear rationale
Support month-end activities, reporting, and financial analysis
Act as a senior escalation point, mentoring junior team members and helping manage workload

What skills and experience do I need to succeed?

✅ Essentials

Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and governance
Solid understanding of finance or revenue operations principles
Experience working with ERP/CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
Proven experience reviewing contracts and performing reconciliations
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, analysis, data validation)
Strong communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability

⭐ Desirable

Experience with Salesforce CPQ or Deal Desk environments
Exposure to SaaS contracts (ARR, MRR, renewals, pricing models)
Background in data analysis or reporting
Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced commercial environment
