About the role

The HR Manager team works closely with Global HR Business Partners team and the center of competences team (including Talent Acquisition, Comp & Ben, L & D) will be supported by the Shared Services team.

This position has an international scope in a matricial organization.

Key responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance regarding local regulation laws, company policies & best practices and suggest improvement to make the company an employer of choice
  • Manage all HR activities along the employee life cycle (from attraction to onboarding and furthermore during their journey in the company)
  • Coach and challenge managers in the application of HR policies and practices, providing advice and guidance on complex HR issues
  • Support local engagement initiatives based on the results of our employee engagement survey
  • Participate in specific projects run within People Team (ie harmonization, new way to work...) and collaborate to process improvements in the People Team
  • Continuous development and maintenance of our employee benefits, ensuring we remain competitive with our employee value proposition

Specific South EMEA scope

  • Experience with CSE in France and working in multiple establishments is a plus
  • Fluent in French
  • Able to be in Lunéville (54) or Mouans-Sartoux (06) office 2-3 days a week (required)

Experience & skills

  • Solid experience managing in autonomy a country in a matrix and international environment, having experience in multiple countries a definitive plus
  • Professional English and French required, other European language is an asset
  • Good understanding of the local and European employment laws and best practices
  • Able to deal with uncertainty, in a complex and changing environment
  • Interested by HR Business Partnership
