Contract: Permanent, Full Time

About the role:

Mozaik is seeking a Software Support Technician to join our Helpdesk team. The Mozaik Helpdesk team provides technical and specialized product support to our customers. We utilize a Support Ticketing system to provide quality answers to our customers’ questions in a timely manner.

Candidates for this position must work well with others as our Helpdesk team works in a collaborative manner. As our products are designed for the custom cabinetry industry, experience in the cabinet industry is an asset.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Providing helpdesk support to our customers using our Support Ticketing systems.
  • Ensuring our customers receive the necessary support to be successful.
  • Test and identify potential bugs to send to our QC dept.
  • Representing Mozaik at industry trade shows if/as needed.


  • Experience in software support.
  • Knowledge of cabinet manufacturing is an asset.
  • Strong technology skills are an asset.
