Compensation Currency: Brazilian Real (BRL)

Contract: Permanent Full Time (CLT) - 42h/week

About the Role

To achieve our ambitions, Cyncly is searching for a web data analyst to support our business transformation. This role operates as the lead for analysis to measure performance, create insights and drive optimization of the digital experience

Key activities:

  • Owning data analysis practice and defines metrics and KPIs to track
  • Manages the feed of data sources and build user friendly interface for self service
  • Owns rhythm of business with stakeholders to make data-driven decisions
  • Defines actionable insights from data for stakeholders inside and outside of marketing
  • Establishing weekly trading rhythms with field teams and marketing ops
  • Consolidating end of month and quarterly reports with clear insights and actions
  • Help suggest test and lean programmes to optimise performance
  • Provide ad hoc project analysis to support business requests
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamic and landscape to highlight opportunities, threats, areas for differentiation and competitive advantage
  • Shape insights into compelling data stories, influencing business planning for key stakeholders (digital teams, sales leadership, account teams & field marketing)
  • Support the development of internal digital analytics methodologies and tools based on user requirements, always factoring in automation and scalability

Education and experience:

  • A data analysis maestro with solid experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS or technology companies.
  • Expert in advanced analytical methodologies, commercial strategy & a proven track record (with examples) of driving business impact through actionable insights and recommendations
  • Hands on experience designing, building and maintaining dashboards in visualisation tools such as Looker, Marketo, Power BI
  • High proficiency with digital data sources for e.g. SEM Rush, Google Ads, Brandwatch, Social Channel Analytics, Google Analytics etc
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills (analysis, interpretation and visualisation) with an acute attention to detail
  • Strong communication, presentation and collaboration skills effectively distilling and conveying technical recommendations to stakeholders and senior leadership focusing on actions and impact
  • Demonstrable experience in driving marketing effectiveness through great story telling.
