The Role:

We're seeking a highly experienced Senior Product Manager with a strong background in B2B and enterprise solutions to lead the development and execution of our data pipeline ingestion strategy, this is strategy is part of our digital twin solution to acquire content from various sources into our Content platform.

Cyncly as a category leader o this industry already have many different sources in house that needs to be migrate to our cloud solution as well as all the content that our retailers/manufactureres and the different standards of rich data this industry has.

This role is ideal for a visionary leader with a proven track record of managing successful B2B products at global companies. The successful candidate will possess a unique blend of business and technical acumen, a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and articulate a comprehensive product/API`s strategy to data pipeline ingestion for our digital twins in spaces for living industry (furniture , Kitchen and Bath etc.), aligning with the company's overall vision and objectives.
  • Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap that prioritizes features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market trends, and business goals.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure alignment and execution of the product roadmap keeping the stakeholders engaged with the project.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, ensuring that the digital twin solutions meet the needs of both internal and external customers, by engaging with them to gather feedback, validate product concepts, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the end-to-end development process, from concept to launch, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget, proactively identifying and mitigate risks that may impact project timelines or outcomes.
  • Define and implement a logical process to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the content created for the digital twin models, keeping consistency with the platform and the company goals.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and threats in the digital twins content creation market, seeking for constant innovation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager with a focus B2B solutions in global companies, preferably in developing and managing SaaS solutions.
  • Proficiency in data ingestion techniques, including ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
  • Experience with building APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) for data exchange and integration.
  • Understanding of data formats and protocols commonly used in the furniture industry, such as XML, JSON, and EDI (Electronic Data Interchange).
  • Strong technical background. Experience in PLM/PDM and manufacture-driven parametric models is highly desirable as well as Understanding of graphical assets for 2D and 3D representation, product descriptions, manufacture code, pricing, and other commercial data, following all the manufacturers' rules.
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies, demonstrating a deep understanding of cloud services, deployment models, and how they can be leveraged to drive business value.
  • Experience working with AI and other emerging technologies are key.
  • A track record of innovation, with examples of bringing new ideas and products to market.
  • Demonstrable track record of managing complex, integrated solutions from concept to launch.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience partnering with B2B customers to understand their needs and deliver impactful solutions.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Proven expertise in collaborating with and motivating remote teams across the globe, ensuring high levels of collaboration and efficiency in a virtual work environment
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is a plus.
